Favorite Trails:
Round Lake Loop

This is one of the few hikes which does not start at Packer Lake Lodge, but instead requires driving to a trailhead by Gold Lake Lodge. Once there, the trail itself is pretty straightforward and easy. Beware of bugs as this is the buggiest of the hikes!

We tend to hike to Bear Lake first instead of Round Lake because from the trailhead to Round Lake is kind of hot and ugly. This means that we can turn around at Round Lake and avoid hiking on the worst part of the loop.
